The new European Consensus on Development - New perspectives for EU co-operation policy

Study prepared by the Italian Senate. After a general introduction about EU cooperation policy, the arising of recent challenges is described. Possible solutions proposed by EU institutions are detailed, with particular reference with the European Commission Communication on a new Consensus on Development (COM(2016) 740)
